The Roswell Municipal Court is located in Roswell City Hall. The address is 38 Hill Street Suite 200, Roswell, Georgia 30075, just a couple blocs from Canton Street and downtown Roswell. The Roswell Municipal Court handles traffic violations, misdemeanor marijuana, shoplifting, and city ordinance violations that occur within the city limits. The full-time city solicitor that prosecutes these offenses is Krista Young, and the Chief Judge is Brian Hansford. The Roswell Municipal Court has a website with detailed instructions regarding your court appearance and information that may be helpful if you are issued a citation to appear in court. The Roswell Municipal Court is open from 8am-5pm Monday through Friday to address your questions, but you must appear for court on your scheduled date and time. Court is usually held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 9am and 1:30pm sessions.
