Flat Rate Fee Structures and Payment Plans on Criminal Matters

Traffic and Misdemeanor Fee Structures

All consultations are free. Before agreeing to representation you will know the full cost of representation including any additional fees that may be required to take your case to trial including expert witnesses, administrative license hearing appeals, and any other expense that may be in addition to my legal services.

Most traffic and misdemeanor offenses are handled in a flat rate structure where there is one flat rate fee if your case is resolved prior to a trial and an additional trial fee if you request a trial in your case. Payment plans are available based on the type of case and current status of the matter. The monthly payment and length of payment plan will be dependent on how long it may be until the case is resolved.

Felony Fee Structures

Felony cases are generally quoted on a flat rate basis which includes trial with a down payment set based on the work that needs to be done within the first 30 days and the remaining fee broken up into equal monthly payments. Just like misdemeanor cases, down payment, monthly payment, and length of payment plan is determined based on where the case is in the criminal process.
