Flat Rate Fee Structures and Payment Plans on Criminal Matters

At Ryan Walsh Legal you will know the cost of my representation before you choose to hire me as your attorney. I do not charge hourly rates.

Most traffic and misdemeanor offenses are handled in a flat rate structure where there is one flat rate fee if your case is resolved prior to a trial and an additional trial fee if you request a trial in your case. Payment plans are available based on the type of case and current status of the matter. The most flexible payment plans can be arranged right after being cited or arrested.

Felony cases are generally quoted on a flat rate basis including trial with a down payment and the remaining fee broken up into equal monthly payments.
